البزّار:١١٢٢ – وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْهَبَّارِيُّ قَالَ نَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ طُوِّقَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ مِنْ طُرُقٍ وَابْنُ عُمَرَ وَيَعْلَى بْنُ مُرَّةَ وَغَيْرُهُمْ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever unjustly takes a handful of land, seven earths will be tied around his neck."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ
