[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The charities of the Muslims are taken from their water sources or from their wealth, as recorded by Abu Dawood."  

البيهقي:٧٣٦٢ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عِنْدَ مِيَاهِهِمْ أَوْ عِنْدَ أَفْنِيَتِهِمْ شَكَّ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
