[Machine] By Allah, we didn't know about burying the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , until we heard the sound of the gravedigger on Wednesday night.  

البيهقي:٦٧٢٧ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ مُحَمَّدٍ امْرَأَةُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَأَدْخَلَتْنِي عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهَا عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ

وَاللهِ مَا عَلِمْنَا بِدَفْنِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حَتَّى سَمِعْنَا صَوْتَ الْمَسَاحِي فِي جَوْفِ لَيْلَةِ الْأَرْبِعَاءِ

[Machine] We did not know about the burial of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ until we heard the voices of the gravediggers in the depth of the night on the night of Wednesday. Muhammad ﷺ said, and Fatimah informed me of this narration.  

أحمد:٢٦٣٤٩ – حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِمَارَةَ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ المُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَتْ

مَا عَلِمْنَا بِدَفْنِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حَتَّى سَمِعْنَا صَوْتَ الْمَسَاحِي مِنْ جَوْفِ اللَّيْلِ لَيْلَةَ الْأَرْبِعَاءِ قَالَ مَحَمَّدٌ وَقَدْ حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ
