أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يُجِيزَ الْوَرَثَةُ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ
