[Machine] "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was pleased, his face would light up, shining as if it were a piece of the moon. And we could recognize that in him."  

أحمد:٢٧١٧٦حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ وَيُونُسَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سُرَّ اسْتَنَارَ وَجْهُهُ حَتَّى كَأَنَّ وَجْهَهُ شِقَّةُ قَمَرٍ فَكُنَّا نَعْرِفُ ذَلِكَ فِيهِ

[Machine] I heard Ka'ab ibn Malik saying, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he was delighted with something, his face would light up like a piece of the moon, to the extent that it would be noticeable from him."

سَمِعْتُ كَعْبَ بْنَ مَالَكٍ يَقُولُ «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سُرَّ بِالْأَمْرِ اسْتَنَارَ وَجْهُهُ كَأَنَّهُ قِطْعَةُ قَمَرٍ حَتَّى يُعْرَفُ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ»
