[Machine] I heard Ka'ab ibn Malik saying, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he was delighted with something, his face would light up like a piece of the moon, to the extent that it would be noticeable from him."  

الطبراني:١٦٢٤٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي ثنا ابْنُ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَكَانَ قَائِدَ كَعْبٍ مِنْ بَنِيهِ حِينَ عَمِيَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ كَعْبَ بْنَ مَالَكٍ يَقُولُ «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سُرَّ بِالْأَمْرِ اسْتَنَارَ وَجْهُهُ كَأَنَّهُ قِطْعَةُ قَمَرٍ حَتَّى يُعْرَفُ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ»

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سُرَّ اسْتَنَارَ وَجْهُهُ حَتَّى كَأَنَّ وَجْهَهُ شِقَّةُ قَمَرٍ فَكُنَّا نَعْرِفُ ذَلِكَ فِيهِ

[Machine] I heard Ka'ab ibn Malik say, "When I greeted the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he replied while his face was illuminating. The face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to shine like a piece of the moon, and this was recognisable in him."  

الحاكم:٤١٩٣حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ كَعْبَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ «لَمَّا سَلَّمْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ وَهُوَ يَبْرُقُ وَجْهُهُ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا سُرَّ اسْتَنَارَ وَجْهُهُ كَأَنَّهُ قِطْعَةُ قَمَرٍ وَكَانَ يُعْرَفُ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَقَدْ أَخْرَجَا وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَا هَذِهِ اللَّفْظَةَ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
