[Machine] It was narrated that the Prophet ﷺ used to retreat in the mosque, and Aisha would come and bring her head close to his so he could lower it while she was menstruating.  

أحمد:٢٤٦٨٣حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ عَائِشَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ مُعْتَكِفًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَتَجِيءُ عَائِشَةُ فَيُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ فَتُرَجِّلُهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ

Aisha during her menses used to comb and oil the hair of the Prophet ﷺ while he used to be in Iʿtikaf in the mosque. He would stretch out his head towards her while she was in her chamber.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was secluding himself in the mosque when he would stick his head out. I would wash it with a khitami (cloth used for cleaning). However, I was menstruating.

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مُعْتَكِفًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِفَيُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ فَأَغْسِلُهُ بِالْخِطْمِيِّ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ

[Machine] "She used to bring food to the Prophet ﷺ while he was staying in seclusion, placing it at the entrance of her chamber, while the Prophet ﷺ was in the mosque."
