"The Prophet ﷺ would put his head out while he was performing I'tikaf and I would wash it, while I was menstruating."
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُدْنِي إِلَىَّ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
"The Prophet ﷺ would put his head out while he was performing I'tikaf and I would wash it, while I was menstruating."
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُدْنِي إِلَىَّ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
The Prophet ﷺ used to embrace me during my menses. He also used to put his head out of the mosque while he was in Iʿtikaf, and I would wash it during my menses.
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُبَاشِرُنِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَكَانَ يُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهْوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
I used to wash the head of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, while I was in a state of menstruation.
كُنْتُ أَغْسِلُ رَأْسَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to put his head out of the Masjid while he was performing I'tikaf, and I would wash it, while I was menstruating."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
"The Prophet ﷺ would put his head out while he was in I'tikaf and I would wash it, while I was menstruating."
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُومِئُ إِلَىَّ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
"The Prophet ﷺ would put his head out for me while he was performing I'tikaf [1] and I would wash it, when I was menstruating." [1] Mujawir ("next door") here means while performing I'tikaf.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُخْرِجُ إِلَىَّ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
"The Prophet used to bring his head close to me when I was menstruaring and he was in I'tikaf (seclusion in a mosques for the purpose of worship), and I would wash it and comb his hair."
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُدْنِي رَأْسَهُ إِلَىَّ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ تَعْنِي مُعْتَكِفًا فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأُرَجِّلُهُ
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to bring his head towards me when he was next door (observing I’tikaf), and I would wash it and comb his hair, when I was in my apartment and I was menstruating, and he was in the mosque.”
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُدْنِي إِلَىَّ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأُرَجِّلُهُ وَأَنَا فِي حُجْرَتِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ
[Machine] He used to ask me to put on my clothes and cover myself while I was menstruating, and then he would have intimate relations with me. I would wash his head while he was in retreat, and I was menstruating.
كَانَ يَأْمُرُنِي فَأَتَّزِرُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُنِي وَكُنْتُ أَغْسِلُ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
"The Prophet ﷺ would put his head out for me while he was performing I'tikaf [1] and I would wash it, when I was menstruating." [1] Mujawir ("next door") here means while performing I'tikaf. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 276)
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَعْتَكِفُ فَيُخْرِجُ إِلَيَّ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was secluding himself in the mosque when he would stick his head out. I would wash it with a khitami (cloth used for cleaning). However, I was menstruating.
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مُعْتَكِفًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِفَيُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ فَأَغْسِلُهُ بِالْخِطْمِيِّ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observed I'tikaf, he would put his head near me, and I would comb it. and he entered the house only to fulfill human needs (i.e. to urinate or to relieve himself). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2467)
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُدْنِي إِلَيَّ رَأْسَهُفَأُرَجِّلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ وَكَانَ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةِ الْإِنْسَانِ
"The Prophet used to bring his head close to me when I was menstruaring and he was in I'tikaf (seclusion in a mosques for the purpose of worship), and I would wash it and comb his hair." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 633)
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُدْنِي رَأْسَهُ إِلَيَّ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ يَعْنِي مُعْتَكِف وَأَنَا فِي حُجْرَتِي فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأُرَجِّلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
"I used to comb the hair of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when I was menstruating." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 277)

"The Prophet ﷺ would put his head out while he was performing I'tikaf and I would wash it, while I was menstruating." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 387)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seclude himself in the mosque and would put his head out so that I could wash his head with Al-Khitmi while I was on my period.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مُعْتَكِفًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَيُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ فَأَغْسِلُهُ بِالْخِطْمِيِّ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ»
