[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'On the night of my ascension, I placed my feet where the feet of the prophets are placed in the House of Jerusalem. Jesus, the son of Mary, was presented to me, and he resembled 'Urwah ibn Mas'ud the most among the people. Moses was presented to me, and he resembled a man from the men of Shanu'ah tribe. Ibrahim (Abraham) was presented to me, and he resembled your companion (the Prophet Muhammad) the most among the people.'"  

أحمد:١٠٨٣٠حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عِيسَى أَبُو بِشْرٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِي وَضَعْتُ قَدَمَيَّ حَيْثُ تُوضَعُ أَقْدَامُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ فَعُرِضَ عَلَيَّ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ قَالَ فَإِذَا أَقْرَبُ النَّاسِ بِهِ شَبَهًا عُرْوَةُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ وَعُرِضَ عَلَيَّ مُوسَى فَإِذَا رَجُلٌ ضَرْبٌ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ كَأَنَّهُ مِنْ رِجَالِ شَنُوءَةَ وَعُرِضَ عَلَيَّ إِبْرَاهِيمُ قَالَ فَإِذَا أَقْرَبُ النَّاسِ شَبَهًا بِصَاحِبِكُمْ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The Prophets were presented to me, and Musa was a thin man, it was as if he was from the men of Shanu'ah. And I saw 'Eisa bin Mariam, and the closest of the people in resemblance to him. from those I have seen, is 'Urwah bin Mas'ud. And I saw Ibrahim, and the closest of the people in resemblance to him, from those I have seen, is your companion" - meaning himself - "And I saw Jibril, and the closest of the people in resemblance to him, from those I have seen, is Dihyah." ابن حبّان:٦٢٣٢أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «عُرِضَ عَلَيَّ الْأَنْبِيَاءُ فَإِذَا مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ ضَرْبٌ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ كَأَنَّهُ مِنْ رِجَالِ شَنُوءَةَ وَرَأَيْتُ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فَإِذَا أَقْرَبُ النَّاسِ وَأَشَدُّهُ شَبَهًا عُرْوَةُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ وَرَأَيْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَرَأَيْتُ أَقْرَبَ النَّاسِ شَبَهًا صَاحِبَكُمْ يَعْنِي نَفْسَهُ وَرَأَيْتُ جِبْرِيلَ فَإِذَا أَقْرَبُ النَّاسِ وَأَشْبَهُ النَّاسِ بِهِ شَبَهًا دِحْيَةُ»
