"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a leather cushion stuffed with palm fibres which he would lean on."  

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ṣaḥīḥ.
الترمذي:٢٤٦٩ – حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَتْ وِسَادَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الَّتِي يَضْطَجِعُ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهَا لِيفٌ  

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ

A'isha reported that the pillow on which Messenger of Allah ﷺ reclined was of leather stuffed with palm fibre.  

مسلم:٢٠٨٢a – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ وِسَادَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الَّتِي يَتَّكِئُ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهَا لِيفٌ  

abudawud:4147 – Abū Tawbah > Sulaymān / Ibn Ḥayyān > Hishām from his father > ʿĀʾishah

The bedding of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ consisted of leather stuffed with palm fibre.  

أبو داود:٤١٤٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَيَّانَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

كَانَتْ ضِجْعَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهَا لِيفٌ  

ahmad:24293 – Ibn Numayr > Hishām from his father > ʿĀʾishah
