حَجَّاجُ بْنُ عِلَاطٍ السُّلَمِيُّ

tabarani:3197ʿAbdān b. Aḥmad > Hishām b. ʿAmmār > ʿĪsá b. ʿAbdullāh al-Anṣārī > Ibrāhīm b. ʿUthmān Abū Shaybah > al-Ḥakam > Miqsam > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] Hajjaj bin 'Alaat gave the Messenger of Allah ﷺ his sword named Dhu al-Faqar, and he also gave him his famous mare.  

الطبراني:٣١٩٧حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُثْمَانِ أَبِي شَيْبَةِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

«أَنَّ الْحَجَّاجَ بْنَ عِلَاطٍ أَهْدَى لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ سَيْفَهُ ذَا الْفَقَارِ وَدِحْيَةَ الْكَلْبِيَّ أَهْدَى لَهُ بَغْلَتَهُ الشَّهْبَاءَ»
