[Machine] "Al-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam was tall, his legs reaching the ground even when he rode a camel. His hair was long, and sometimes I would grab onto his shoulder hair."  

الطبراني:٢٢٤حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ثنا أَبُو غَزِيَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

«كَانَ الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ؓ طَوِيلًا يَخُطُّ رِجْلَاهُ الْأَرْضَ إِذَا رَكِبَ الدَّابَّةَ أَشْعَرَ وَرُبَّمَا أَخَذْتُ بِشَعْرِ كَتِفَيْهِ»
