[Machine] I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and asked him, so he said, "Nuwaybah." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, is Nuwaybah good or evil?" He said, "No, it is good." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I went on a journey with my maternal uncle and the robbers attacked him. He asked me to lend him my shoes, but I refused. He then asked me to marry his daughter to him. He said, 'I have married her to you.' When we returned to our families, he sent my shoes to me and said, 'There is no woman for you among us.' The Prophet ﷺ said, 'You have nothing good in her.'"  

أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ «نُوَيْبَةُ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ نُوَيْبَةُ خَيْرٍ أَو نُوَيْبَةُ شَرٍّ قَالَ لَا بَل نُوَيْبَةُ خَيْرٍ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ عَمٍّ لِي فِي سَفَرٍ فَأَدْرَكَهُ الْحَفَاءُ فَقَالَ أَعِرْنِي حِذَاءَكَ قُلْتُ لَا أُعْيرُكُهَا أَوْ تَزَوِّجُنِي ابْنَتَكَ قَالَ قَد زَوَّجْتُكَهَا فَلَمَّا أَنْ أَتَيْنَا أَهْلَنَا بَعَثَ إِلَيَّ بِحِذَائِي وَقَالَ لَا امْرَأَةَ لَكَ عِنْدَنَا فَقَالَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا خَيْرَ لَكَ فِيهَا»
