[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do you refrain from mentioning the sinner? Mention him by what is known about him among the people."  

الطبراني:١٧١٢١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ ثنا الْجَارُودُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَتَرِعُونَ عَنْ ذِكْرِ الْفَاجِرِ؟ اذْكُرُوهُ بِمَا فِيهِ يَعْرِفُهُ النَّاسُ»

"أَتَرِعُونَ عن ذكرِ الفاجرِ؟ متى يَعْرفه الناسُ؟ اذكروا الفاجرَ بما فيه يَحْذَرْهُ الناسُ".
