[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I throw the arrow and then search for the trace?" He said, "If you find your arrow in it and it has not been eaten by a seven, then eat."

الطبراني:١٤٣٤٦a – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحَرِيشِ ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرْمِي الصَّيْدَ فَأَطْلُبُ الْأَثَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «إِذَا وَجَدْتَ سَهْمَكَ فِيهِ وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ سَبُعٌ فَكُلْ»
