[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to spread his mattress and bed towards the direction of the Qibla and then lean against it when he would observe 'itikaf.  

الطبراني:١٣٤٢٤ – حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «كَانَ إِذَا اعْتَكَفَ طُرِحَ لَهُ فِرَاشُهُ وَسَرِيرُهُ إِلَى أُسْطُوَانِ التَّوْبَةِ مِمَّا يَلِي الْقِبْلَةَ ثُمَّ يَسْتَنِدُ إِلَيْهَا»
