[Machine] To al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, may I not teach you the supplication that the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , taught me? He said, "When you see people competing for gold and silver, invoke these supplications: O Allah, I ask You for firmness in the affair, I ask You for determination in guidance, I ask You for gratitude for Your blessings, I ask You for patience in facing Your trials, I ask You for excellence in Your worship, I ask You for satisfaction with Your decrees, I ask You for a sound heart, a truthful tongue, and I ask You for the best of what You know. And I seek refuge with You from the evil of what You know. And I seek Your forgiveness for what You know."
