[Machine] From a man among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ named Abdullah bin Mas'ood, it is narrated that the Prophet ﷺ ordered them to take a nap after noon as the heat during that time is like the breath of Hellfire.
[Machine] About Muhammad ibn Ishaq's description of the person who witnessed the Battle of Badr, Harithah ibn Al-Nu'man ibn Zaid ibn Ubayd ibn Tha'laba ibn Ghanm ibn Malik ibn Al-Najjar.
[Machine] About Ibn Shihab, in the naming of those who witnessed the Battle of Badr from the Ansar and then from the Banu Najjar, Harithah bin Al-Nu'man is mentioned. He was the one who passed by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ while being accompanied by Jibril (Gabriel) ﷺ near the meeting places.
[Machine] Haritha ibn Al-Nu'man passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and with him was Jibril ﷺ , whispering to him. But Haritha did not greet him with the Islamic greeting, so Jibril ﷺ said, "What prevented you from greeting him? If you had greeted him, I would have returned the greeting to you." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Who are the eighty?" Jibril replied, "People flee from you except for eighty, who will become their sustenance and the sustenance of their children in Paradise, provided by Allah." When Haritha returned, he greeted the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked him, "Didn't you greet me when you passed by?" Haritha said, "I saw someone with you and I did not want to interrupt your conversation." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Did you see him?" Haritha replied, "Yes." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "That was Jibril, and he said this." Then he informed Haritha of what Jibril had said.
[Machine] I passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and with him was Jibril (Gabriel) ﷺ , sitting in the gathering. I greeted him and then sat down. When I left and the Prophet ﷺ returned, he said to me, "Did you see the one who was with me?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Indeed, it was Jibril (Gabriel), ﷺ , and he returned your greeting."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are three things that are inevitable for my Ummah: envy, suspicion, and negative assumptions. A man asked, 'What can remove them, O Messenger of Allah, from someone who is afflicted by them?' He ﷺ replied, 'If you feel envious, seek forgiveness from Allah. If you have suspicion, do not investigate further. And if you have negative assumptions, divert your attention elsewhere.'"
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Taking care of the poor is like safeguarding oneself from a bad death."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, may ﷺ , said: "A man will go out with his booty to the outskirts of the village, witness the prayers, and return to his family. But when he eats what is around him and the earth becomes difficult for him, he will say: 'If I were to ascend to an elevated place which is even more plentiful than this, I would ascend until I should not witness any prayers except the Friday prayer. But when he eats what is around him and the earth becomes difficult for him, he will say: 'If I were to ascend to a higher place than this, which is even more plentiful than this, I would ascend until I should not witness even the Friday prayer and until I do not know which day the Friday is, until it is imprinted upon his heart."
[Machine] He said that the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "A man goes out with his livestock and stays on the outskirts of the village, attending the prayers and then returning to his family. When he finishes eating what is around him and the land becomes difficult for him, he says: If I move to a place full of good, he moves until he does not attend any of the prayers except for Friday. Then when he finishes eating what is around him and the land becomes difficult for him, he says: If I move to a place full of good, he moves until he does not attend Friday prayer and he does not know what Friday is. This is sealed upon his heart."

"Should I not inform you about the people of Paradise: They are every humble and weak person, who if he were to make an Oath by Allah, He would fulfill it. Should I not inform you about the people of the Fire: They are every prideful, swaggering, ill-speaking person." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2605)
May I not inform you about the inmates of Paradise? They said: Do this, of course. Thereupon Allah's Apostle ﷺ said: Every humble person who is considered to be humble if he were to adjure In the name of Allah, He would fulfil it. May I not inform you about the inmates of Paradise? (And then informing about them) said: Every meek person who is considered to be humble and if they were to adjure in the name of Allah, Allah would certainly fulfil it. May I not inform you about the inmates of Hell-Fire? They are all proud, mean and haughty. (Using translation from Muslim 2853c)
I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "(O people!) Give in charity (for Allah's cause) because a time will come when a person will carry his object of charity from place to place (and he will not find any person to take it) and any person whom he shall request to take it, I will reply, 'If you had brought it yesterday I would have taken it, but today I am not in need of it." (Using translation from Bukhārī 1424)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give charity, for a time will come when a person will walk with his charity but will not find anyone to accept it."
[Machine] "Sadaqah (charity) as much as you can, for there will come a day when charity will not be accepted."
His Cistern would be as extensive as the distance between San'a' and Medina. Mustaurid (one of the narrators) said: Did you not hear anything about the utensils? Thereupon he said. No. Mustaurid said: You would find that the utensils would be like stars. (Using translation from Muslim 2298a)
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "My nation will continue to be upon the true religion as long as they do not delay burying their deceased to their families."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My nation will continue to be upon Islam as long as they do not delay the Maghrib prayer until the stars twinkle and resemble the Jewish way, and as long as they do not hasten the Fajr prayer until it resembles the Christian way, and as long as they do not leave funerals to be handled by the people of the deceased."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ taught them to perform the funeral prayer, saying, "O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, and repair the relationship between us, and unite our hearts. O Allah, this is Your servant so and so, we only know good about him and You know him better, so forgive us and him." I said to him, "But I am the youngest of the people, what if I do not know any good?" He said, "Then do not say anything except what you know."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to say when he heard the muadhin, he would say as he says. When he said "Hayya 'ala as-salah" he would say "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah".
[Machine] I came to the gathering of the Bani Abdul-Muttalib and asked their elders how many shrouds the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was buried in. They said, "In two red garments without a shirt."

[Machine] I asked the family of Muhammad ﷺ , including Ibn Nawfal, in what was the Prophet of Allah ﷺ wrapped? They said, "He was wrapped in a red shroud without a shirt, and a crushed piece of silk that belonged to them was placed on his grave."
[Machine] I heard Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair say, "Abu Qatadah al-Harith bin Rib'i was one of the knights of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best of our knights today is Abu Qatadah," and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for him on the day of Mie'asa'a.
[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , during one of his journeys, when his riding animal stumbled. I supported him with my hand until he woke up. Then it stumbled again, and I supported him with my hand until he woke up. He then said, "O Allah, protect Abu Qatadah as You have protected me from what we have seen, and we have only seen hardship because of You." Abu Qatadah used to dye his hair with henna.
