[Machine] I came to the gathering of the Bani Abdul-Muttalib and asked their elders how many shrouds the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was buried in. They said, "In two red garments without a shirt."  

الطبراني:٣٢٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ الْقَطَوَانِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ

أَتَيْتُ حَلْقَةَ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَسَأَلْتُ أَشْيَاخَهُمْ فِي كَمْ كُفِّنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالُوا «فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ أَحْمَرَيْنِ لَيْسَ فِيهِمَا قَمِيصٌ»
