There is pride which Allah hates and pride which Allah loves. That which Allah loves is a man's pride when fighting and when giving sadaqah and that which Allah hates is pride shown by oppression. The narrator Musa said: "by boasting." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2659)
The Prophet ﷺ said: There is jealousy which Allah loves and jealousy which Allah hates. That which Allah loves is jealousy regarding a matter of doubt, and that which Allah hates is jealousy regarding something which is not doubtful. There is pride which Allah hates and pride which Allah loves. That which Allah loves is a man's pride when fighting and when giving sadaqah and that which Allah hates is pride shown by oppression. The narrator Musa said: "by boasting." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2659)
[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Whoever goes out as a Mujahid in the way of Allah," then he joined his three fingers together and said, "Where are the Mujahidin? He withdrew (his mount) with his pride and died, then his reward is upon Allah, or he died a natural death, then his reward is upon Allah. And whoever is killed while being disobedient, then he has earned an eternal abode."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to visit Abdullah ibn Thabit who was ill. He found that he was dominated (by the divine decree). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called him loudly, but he did not respond. He uttered the Qur'anic verse "We belong to Allah and to Him do we return" and he said: We have been dominated against you, AburRabi'. Then the women cried and wept, and Ibn Atik began to silence them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Leave them, when the divine decree is made, no woman should weep. They (the people) asked: What is necessary happening, Messenger of Allah? He replied: Death. His daughter said: I hope you will be a martyr, for you have completed your preparations for jihad. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah Most High gave him a reward according to his intentions. What do you consider martyrdom? They said: Being killed in the cause of Allah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There are seven types of martyrdom in addition to being killed in Allah's cause: one who dies of plague is a martyr; one who is drowned is a martyr; one who dies of pleurisy is a martyr; one who dies of an internal complaint is a martyr; one who is burnt to death is a martyr; who one is killed by a building falling on him is a martyr; and a woman who dies while pregnant is a martyr. [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited him during his illness, and someone said, "If we hope that his death will be as a result of being killed in the way of Allah." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the martyrs of my Ummah are few. The one who is killed in the way of Allah is a martyr, the one who dies due to a stomach disease is a martyr, the one who dies due to the plague is a martyr, the one who drowns is a martyr, the one who dies due to a fire is a martyr, and the one who dies due to a falling building is a martyr."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked in the Masjid of Bani Mu'awiya three times, and he was given two and denied one. He asked Allah not to let his nation perish from hunger and not to expose them to enemies, so he was granted it. He also asked Allah not to cause conflict among his people, so it was denied.
“No man seizes the wealth of a Muslim unlawfully by means of his (false) oath, but Allah will deny Paradise to him and will doom him to Hell.” A man among the people said: “O Messenger of Allah, even if it is something small?” He said: “Even if it is a twig of an Arak tree.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2324)
