[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked, "What is true wealth?" He replied, "Not being in need of what people possess."
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "There are no two Muslims who have two of their children die between them, except that Allah will admit both of them to Paradise by His mercy."
[Machine] "The first to throw an arrow for the sake of Allah was Sa'd."
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ it is narrated, he said: "As for me, I prostrate on seven bones, and I do not touch (my head) to any hair or garment."
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'O Abu Bakr, I saw myself last night plucking dates. Then you came and plucked them while you were weak, and Allah forgave you. Then 'Umar came and the people started plucking dates from the tree."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Marry virgins, for they have the most tender mouths and are more affectionate towards their husbands."
"Qul Huwa Allahu ahad [Say: He is Allah, (the) One] is equivalent to one third of the Quran." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3787)
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When three people gather together, two should not engage in private conversation to the exclusion of the third, as this would grieve him."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "A woman should not describe another woman to her husband as she sees her."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever unjustly takes the property of a Muslim, he will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection while He is angry with him."
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform Witr and recite: ‘Glorify the Name of your Lord the Most High.’, [Al-A’la (87)] ‘Say: O you disbelievers!” [Al-Kafirun (109)] and ‘Say: Allah is One.”. [Al-Ikhlas (112)] (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1171)
[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ reciting in the two units before dawn, "Say, 'O disbelievers,' and say, 'He is Allah, [who is] One.'"
“Say: O you disbelievers!” [Al-Kafirun (109)] and “Say: He is Allah the One.” [Al- Ikhlas (112)] (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1166)
[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , that he said: "A caller will be sent at the presence of every prayer, saying, 'O children of Adam, stand up and extinguish what you have ignited upon yourselves.' So they will stand and perform ablution, and their sins will fall off from their eyes. Then they will pray, and their sins between each other will be forgiven. Then they will kindle [the fire] again until the first prayer. The caller will announce, 'O children of Adam, stand up and extinguish what you have ignited upon yourselves.' So they will stand and perform ablution, and their sins will fall off from their eyes. Then they will pray, and their sins between each other will be forgiven. When the Asr prayer comes, the same will be repeated. When the Maghrib prayer comes, the same will be repeated. When the darkness of night happens, the same will be repeated. Then they will sleep, and their sins will be forgiven. Then the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, 'So he will be immersed in good and immersed in evil.'"
[Machine] "We used to call it during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ Al-Mani'ah, and indeed it is a chapter in the Book of Allah. Whoever recites it every night has increased and improved."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "It is as if I can see Moses in this valley, making his way between two mountains."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah has taken Ibrahim as a Khalil (close friend), and indeed, your companion (referring to himself) is a Khalil of Allah, and on the Day of Resurrection, Muhammad ﷺ will be the leader of the children of Adam." Then he recited, "It is possible that your Lord will raise you to a praised station."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ اتَّخَذَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلًا وَإِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ خَلِيلُ اللهِ وَمُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ سَيِّدُ وَلَدِ آدَمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» ثُمَّ قَرَأَ {عَسَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا}
[Machine] On the day of the Battle of Badr, when they brought the prisoners of war, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called Abu Bakr and asked him, "What do you see in these people?" Abu Bakr replied, "O Messenger of Allah, if you kill them, they will enter the Hellfire, and if you take ransom from them, whoever embraces Islam will be our support, and whoever refuses, we will take his ransom." The Prophet ﷺ then asked Umar, "What do you think, O Umar?" Umar replied, "I suggest that you expose them and strike their necks, for they are the leaders and commanders of disbelief. By Allah, they did not agree to let us out until they were the first to initiate hostilities against us." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Abu Bakr, "Your example is like that of Ibrahim (Abraham) ﷺ when he said, 'Whoever follows me is of me, and whoever disobeys me - indeed, You are Forgiving and Merciful.' And as for you, O Umar, your example is like that of Noah when he said, 'My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant.'"
لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ بَدْرٍ وَجَاءُوا بِالْأُسَارَى دَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ «مَا تَرَى فِي هَؤُلَاءِ؟» قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَوْمُكَ إِنْ قَتَلْتَهُمْ دَخَلُوا النَّارَ وَإِنْ أَخَذْتَ فِدَاءَهُمْ فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ كَانَ لَنَا عَضُدًا وَمَنْ أَبَى أَخَذْنَا فِدَاءَهُ قَالَ «مَا تَرَى يَا عُمَرُ؟» قَالَ أَرَى أَنْ تَعْرِضَهُمْ فَتَضْرِبَ أَعْنَاقَهُمْ فَهَؤُلَاءِ أَئِمَّةُ الْكُفْرِ وَقادةُ الْكُفْرِ وَاللهِ مَا رَضُوا أَنْ أَخْرَجُونَا حَتَّى كَانُوا أَوَّلَ الْعَرَبِ غَزَانَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُكَ مَثَلُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ حِينَ قَالَ {فَمَنْ تَبِعَنِي فَإِنَّهُ مِنِّي وَمَنْ عَصَانِي فَإِنَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ} وَأَمَّا أَنْتَ يَا عُمَرُ فَمَثَلُكَ مَثَلُ نُوحٍ حِينَ قَالَ {رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ دَيَّارًا}
[Machine] On the day of Badr, the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , took the captives and asked, "What do you think?" 'Umar said, "O Messenger of Allah, they have lied and expelled you; strike their necks!" Abdullah bin Rawaha said, "O Messenger of Allah, you are in a valley full of firewood, so set it ablaze and throw them into it." Abbas said, "May Allah cut off your mercy!" Abu Bakr said, "O Messenger of Allah, your relatives, your lineage, and your people, forgive them. Allah will save them from the Fire because of you." The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , then entered and asked, "What is your opinion about these two men?" He said, "Their example is like that of brothers who came before them." He mentioned the supplications of Nuh, Musa, Isa, and Ibrahim. He said, "Indeed, Allah strengthens the hearts of some men until they are harder than stone, and He softens the hearts of others until they are softer than tender plants. And indeed, you are a family, and none of you will turn away except through redemption or a strike to the neck." Abdullah said, "Except for Suhail bin Bayda'a." Abdullah said, "And I had heard him mention Islam, but then he remained silent." So I started to look at the sky to see when the stones would fall upon me. I said, "Let me speak before the Messenger of Allah." Then he said, "Except for Suhail bin Bayda'a."
[Machine] If the Messenger of Allah ﷺ found that a man's shoulder was slightly higher than that of his companion, he would straighten it and say, "Do not differ, for it will cause disagreement in your hearts."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Perform the night prayer, O People of the Quran." An Arab man asked, "What does the Prophet ﷺ say?" He replied, "You are not one of its people."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Recite the Night Prayer, O people of the Quran."
[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad, ﷺ , said, "Indeed, when the Children of Israel committed sins, their scholars and learned ones forbade them from what they were doing. But they disobeyed them and mixed with them in their lives. So, their hearts were divided against each other, and then David and Jesus, son of Mary, cursed them with their tongues." Then the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , sat down and was leaning. Then he said, "No, by Him in whose hand is my soul, until you correct them properly."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When the Children of Israel started committing sins, their scholars forbade them but they did not stop. Instead, they would sit with them and continue their actions. Allah then caused their hearts to be set against each other." He then recited the verse, "{Cursed were those who disbelieved among the Children of Israel}."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, you will indeed enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil, and you will indeed take the hand of the wrongdoer and you will indeed, either straighten him out or ruin him. And Allah will surely curse you as He cursed them."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, those before you, when one of them committed a sinful act, the one who used to forbid it would warn and admonish them. But when the next day came, he would sit with and eat and drink with him as if he had not seen him commit the sin the day before. So when Allah saw this from them, He caused their hearts to clash with one another, and then cursed them on the tongue of their Prophet Dawud and Isa son of Maryam. This was because of their disobedience and transgression. By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, you will surely command what is right and forbid what is wrong, and you will surely take action against the oppressor, or Allah will cause your hearts to clash with one another, and then curse you as He cursed them." Khalaf said, "By Allah, you will surely command what is right and forbid what is wrong and oppress them."
[Machine] Indeed, they appeared few in our eyes on the day of Badr, until I said to my companion who was next to me, "How many do you see them? Do you see them seventy?" He said, "I see them a hundred." Until we took one of them, so we asked him and he said, "We were a thousand."
[Machine] We heard a singer singing a song that had a stronger melody than Muhammad's ﷺ melody on the day of Badr when he said, "O Allah, I sing to you what you promised me. O Allah, if you destroy this group, they will not be worshiped." Then he turned around as if his face was the moon, and said, "It's as if I'm watching the people's wrestling match at night."
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , performed the prayer of fear (Salat al-Khawf), so he arranged them in rows, facing the enemy, row after row. He prayed one rak'ah with them, then the row that followed him stayed behind, and they stood in the position of those who were facing the enemy.
