19. Chapter of ʿAyn (Male) (1/147)
[Machine] I was with the Prophet ﷺ on the night of the delegation of the jinn, and he started breathing heavily. So I said, "What's the matter, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "A soul was presented to me, O Ibn Mas'ood." I said, "May I be sacrificed for you, who is it?" He remained silent for a while, then he started breathing again. So I said, "What's the matter with you and my father and mother, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "A soul was presented to me, O Ibn Mas'ood." I said, "May I be sacrificed for you, who is it?" He remained silent for a while, then he started breathing again. So I said, "What's the matter with you?" He said, "A soul was presented to me, O Ibn Mas'ood." I said, "May I be sacrificed for you, who is it?" He said, "Ali ibn Abi Talib. By the One in whose hand is my soul, if they obey him, they will all enter Paradise in groups."
I was not with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ but I wish I were with him. (Using translation from Muslim 450d)
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ took off his sandals while he was praying, so the people behind him also took off their sandals. He asked, "What made you all take off your sandals?" They replied, "We saw you take off yours, so we also took off ours." He then said, "Indeed, Jibreel ﷺ informed me that there was impurity on one of them, so I took them off for that reason. Therefore, do not take off your sandals."
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never observed voluntary fasting for an entire month except during Ramadan."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ persisted in calling for thirty days, then he left it.
[Machine] I have seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his houses are surely on his left. And when he prays, he turns to his houses on his left.
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought the Burāq, and he, along with Jibril, peace be upon both of them, rode it, and they traveled with it. Whenever they would come to a mountain, its legs would rise, and whenever they would descend, its hands would rise until it reached a trembling, unstable land, and then to a land full of sweet fragrance. I said, "O Jibril, we were traveling in a trembling, unstable land, and then to a land full of sweet fragrance." He said, "That is the land of Hell, and this is the land of Paradise." I said, "Then I came across a man who was standing and praying. I said, "Who is this with you, O Jibril?" He said, "Your brother Muhammad." So he welcomed me and invoked blessings upon me. He said, "Ask your Ummah for ease." He said, "Who is this, O Jibril?" He said, "Your brother Musa." I said, "For whom is his voice and complaining about his Lord?" He said, "Yes, it is known from him and his uniqueness." He said, "Then we continued, and I saw lamps and light. I said, "Who is this, O Jibril?" He said, "This is your father Ibrahim's tree." I said, "Can I approach it?" He said, "Yes." So we approached it, and he invoked blessings upon me and welcomed me. Then we went to the sacred mosque, and I tied the animal to the ring to which the prophets used to tie it. Then I entered the mosque, and the prophets were gathered for me. Whoever named Allah in his book, I offered prayers with them, except for the People of the Cow, 'Isa, Musa, and Ibrahim, may peace be upon them.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the soul of a believer sneezes and the soul of a disbeliever runs like a donkey's breath. Indeed, a believer commits a sin for which he is severely chastised at the time of his death to be expiated by it, and indeed, a disbeliever performs a good deed for which it becomes easy for him at the time of his death to be rewarded with it."
[Machine] We were with the Prophet ﷺ in the Battle of Khaybar. He wanted to relieve himself and whenever he wanted to do so, he would move away so that no one could see him. He said to me, "O Abdullah, do you see anything?" So I looked and saw a single tree, and I informed him. Then he said to me, "Look, do you see anything?" So I looked and saw another tree separated from its companion, and I informed him. He told me to tell both trees that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered them to come together. So I conveyed this to them and they came together. Then he went towards them and used them for privacy, and then each one of them went to its place.

[Machine] The two sons of Mulaikah came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, our mother used to honor her husband, show kindness to her children, and entertain guests. However, she committed some actions during the pre-Islamic period." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Your mother is in Hell." At this, the two sons turned away, with their faces expressing sadness. The Prophet ﷺ called them back and they returned, with joy evident on their faces, hoping that something had happened. The Prophet ﷺ then said, "My mother and your mother are both in Hell." A hypocrite man said, "This does not benefit her mother and we are striving for her." A man from the Ansar said, "I have never seen someone ask the Prophet ﷺ as many questions as this man. O Messenger of Allah, has your Lord promised you something regarding her or regarding both of them?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Do you think it is a small thing in the eyes of Allah?" The Ansari man said, "I have never met anyone who asked more questions than him." The man asked, "What is that praiseworthy position?" The Prophet ﷺ answered, "It is the position when naked, barefooted people are brought to you, and Ibrahim ﷺ will be the first one clothed. He will say: 'Clothe my friends,' and two white silken garments will be brought to him, which he will wear. Then, he will sit facing the Throne. Then, I will be brought and I will wear my (silken) clothes, and I will stand on his right side, and I will not stand to his left side. Then, the people who will observe the Deen will arrive. I will be envied by my neighbors, whether from the previous generation or the latter." A hypocrite man said, "Not a single person will be placed except upon a position or a pride." He asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what are position and pride?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Fragrance and sweat." The hypocrite replied, "I have never seen water flowing except upon a position or pride, and it has vegetation." The Ansari man asked, "Does it have vegetation?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Yes, golden poles." The hypocrite said, "I have never seen a branch grow unless it leaves, and it bears fruit." The Ansari man asked, "Does it bear fruit?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Yes, the colors of gemstones and its water is purer than milk and sweeter than honey. Whoever drinks from it will never feel thirsty again, and whoever is deprived of it will never be satisfied again." And the narration of this hadith was reported by As-Sa`ikhu bin Hazzan from `Ali bin Al-Hakam, while Sa`id bin Zaid differed from its chain.
