[Machine] The two sons of Mulaikah came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, our mother used to honor her husband, show kindness to her children, and entertain guests. However, she committed some actions during the pre-Islamic period." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Your mother is in Hell." At this, the two sons turned away, with their faces expressing sadness. The Prophet ﷺ called them back and they returned, with joy evident on their faces, hoping that something had happened. The Prophet ﷺ then said, "My mother and your mother are both in Hell." A hypocrite man said, "This does not benefit her mother and we are striving for her." A man from the Ansar said, "I have never seen someone ask the Prophet ﷺ as many questions as this man. O Messenger of Allah, has your Lord promised you something regarding her or regarding both of them?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Do you think it is a small thing in the eyes of Allah?" The Ansari man said, "I have never met anyone who asked more questions than him." The man asked, "What is that praiseworthy position?" The Prophet ﷺ answered, "It is the position when naked, barefooted people are brought to you, and Ibrahim ﷺ will be the first one clothed. He will say: 'Clothe my friends,' and two white silken garments will be brought to him, which he will wear. Then, he will sit facing the Throne. Then, I will be brought and I will wear my (silken) clothes, and I will stand on his right side, and I will not stand to his left side. Then, the people who will observe the Deen will arrive. I will be envied by my neighbors, whether from the previous generation or the latter." A hypocrite man said, "Not a single person will be placed except upon a position or a pride." He asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what are position and pride?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Fragrance and sweat." The hypocrite replied, "I have never seen water flowing except upon a position or pride, and it has vegetation." The Ansari man asked, "Does it have vegetation?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Yes, golden poles." The hypocrite said, "I have never seen a branch grow unless it leaves, and it bears fruit." The Ansari man asked, "Does it bear fruit?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Yes, the colors of gemstones and its water is purer than milk and sweeter than honey. Whoever drinks from it will never feel thirsty again, and whoever is deprived of it will never be satisfied again." And the narration of this hadith was reported by As-Sa`ikhu bin Hazzan from `Ali bin Al-Hakam, while Sa`id bin Zaid differed from its chain.

[Machine] The sons of Mulayka came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Indeed, our mother used to honor her husband and show kindness to her children." The Prophet said, "And she used to mention the guest, but she used to commit acts during the era of ignorance." He said, "Your mother is in the Hellfire." So they turned away, and the grief was visible on their faces. The Prophet commanded them to be called back, so they returned and joy was visible on their faces, hoping that something had happened. The Prophet said, "Your mother is with your mother." A man from the hypocrites said, "This does not benefit him anything about his mother, while we are stepping forward." A man from the Ansar said, "I have never seen a man ask more questions than him, O Messenger of Allah. Did your Lord promise you something concerning her or concerning both of them?" He thought that he had heard something, so he said, "I have not asked my Lord about it, nor did He cause me to expect it. But indeed, I will be given the praiseworthy position on the Day of Resurrection." The Ansari man said, "And what is that praiseworthy position?" He said, "That is when you are brought forth barefoot, naked and uncircumcised, and then Abraham will be the first to clothe you and say, 'Clothe my close friend.' Then I will stand on his right side in a position that no one else will occupy. The early ones and the late ones will envy me because of it." He said, "And a river of Al-Kawthar will be opened to the Basin." The hypocrites said, "Indeed, no water has ever flowed except on a slope or a surface." He said, "A slope is its state, and a surface is its gloomy state." The hypocrite said, "I have never heard, as I have today, that water flowed on a slope or a surface without having vegetation." The Ansari man said, "O Messenger of Allah, does it have vegetation?" He said, "Yes, its pipes are made of gold." The hypocrite said, "I have never heard, as I have today, that a rod grew without having leaves, and unless it had fruit." The Ansari man said, "O Messenger of Allah, does it have fruit?" He said, "Yes, the colors of precious gems, and its water is whiter than milk and sweeter than honey. Indeed, whoever drinks from it will never be thirsty again, and whoever is deprived of it will never be satisfied again."

[Machine] "And about some of the companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him, it is narrated: When the angels came out from Ibrahim, peace be upon him, towards the city of Lut and reached the river of Sodom, they met the daughter of Lut, who was fetching water for her family. Lut's daughters were two in number. They said to her, 'O girl, is there any house nearby? She replied, 'Yes, your place is not far, but do not enter until I bring you what you need.' Then she went to her father and said, 'O my father, there are young men standing at the gate of the city. I have never seen such beautiful faces before. Your people should not see them, as they may harm them. Your people have been forbidden from hosting anyone until they said, 'Give us your guests so that we can harass them.' Nobody here, except the household of Lut, knows where they are. His wife went out and informed her people, saying, 'Indeed, there are men inside Lut's house whose faces I have never seen before.' So, Lut's people hurried towards him. When they came to him, he said, 'O my people, fear Allah and do not disgrace me concerning my guests. Is there not among you a single reasonable man? These are my daughters, they are purer for you. So, fear Allah and do not humiliate me in front of my guests.' They said, 'You know that we have no right in your daughters, and indeed, you know what we want.' When they failed to persuade him, he said, 'If only I had power against you or could take refuge in a strong support.' Then Jibril extended his wings, covering the sight of their eyes, and they went out stumbling, unable to see one another. They were saying, 'This is their plan. Verily, in the house of Lut, there is magic.' This is the saying of Allah, the Almighty, 'And indeed, they sought to tempt him away from his guests, but We blinded their eyes.' And they said, 'O Lut, indeed, we are messengers of your Lord. They will never reach you, so travel with your family in the cover of the night, and let not any among you look back except your wife. Indeed, she will be struck by what strikes them. So, proceed as you are commanded.' Then Allah led them to safety towards the land of Shaam. Lut said, 'Destroying them will take only a moment.' They replied, 'We have not been commanded to destroy them except at the break of dawn. Is not the morning near?' When morning came, Lut and his family left, except for his wife. This is the saying of Allah, the Almighty, 'Except the family of Lut; We will save them all, except his wife, who will be among those who remain.'

[Machine] The sons of Mulaykah, who were from the Ansar, came to the Messenger of Allah and said, "O Messenger of Allah, our mother is obedient to her husband, honors the guests, and fulfills her obligations from before Islam. So where is our mother?" He said, "Your mother is in Hell." They became very upset and the Messenger of Allah called them back and said, "Indeed, my mother and your mother are together." A hypocrite from the people said, "What benefit does this have for him except that the sons of Mulaykah are saved from their mother's fate, while we are following behind them?" A young man from the Ansar said, "I have never seen a man ask the Messenger of Allah more questions than him." He asked the Messenger of Allah, "I can see your parents in Hell." He said, "I have asked my Lord to grant them mercy." He will grant me the Praiseworthy Station. The hypocrite said to the young man from the Ansar, "Ask him what the Praiseworthy Station is." He said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the Praiseworthy Station?" He said, "It is the Day when Allah will descend to His Throne, and it will creak with measurement of what is between the heaven and the earth. You will be brought barefoot, uncircumcised, and naked. Then Ibrahim will be the first to be clothed. Allah will say, 'Clothe My friend with two garments of Paradise, then dress him in clothes after that.' And I will stand on the right side of Allah, and I will ask about its meaning. The Ansari said to the hypocrite, "Ask him what happens to the river." The hypocrite said, "I have never heard of a river without clay mud or dirt. Ask him about what flows in the river." He said, "It will flow with musk and saffron." He said, "I have never heard of a river in which a rod grew without it bearing fruit. Ask him if there are fruits on those rods." He said, "Yes, there will be pearls and gems." He said, "I have never heard of a river in which someone does not ask about its drink. Ask him about the drink of the river." The Ansari said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the drink of the river?"
