"When a man becomes the brother of another man,then let him ask him about his name and his father's name and who he is,for indeed it shall nurture affection." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2392b)   

السيوطي:٩٢٢a –

"إذا آخى الرجلُ الرجلَ فليسألْهُ عن اسمِه واسم أبيه، وممن هو، فإنه أوصلُ للمودةِ" .  

هناد، وعبد بن حميد، [خ] البخاري في التاريخ، [ت] الترمذي غريب، وابن سعد، [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [حل] أبى نعيم في الحلية والخرائطى في مكارم الأخلاق عن يزيد بن نعامة الضَبىِّ. قال [ت] الترمذي ولا نعرف له سماعًا من النبى ﷺ

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَلاَ نَعْرِفُ لِيَزِيدَ بْنِ نُعَامَةَ سَمَاعًا مِنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَيُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوُ هَذَا وَلاَ يَصِحُّ إِسْنَادُهُ

يَزِيدُ بْنُ نَعَامَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ وَقَد اُخْتُلِفَ فِي صُحْبَتِهِ
