"إِنَّ نوحًا كبيرَ الأَنبياءِ لم يَقُمْ عن خلاءٍ قَطُّ إِلا قال: الحمدُ للَّه الذى أَذَاقنِى لذَّتَهُ وأَبْقَى فىَّ مَنْفَعَتَهُ، وأَخْرَجَ عنى أَذاهُ".

"الحمدُ لله الذي أذَاقنى لذته وَأبقى فيّ قُوتهُ وأَذهَبَ عنى الأذى وعافانى، كان ﷺ يقوله إذا خرج من الخلاء".
