قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ مِنَ السَّرَفِ أَنْ تَأْكُلَ كُلَّ مَا اشْتَهَيْتَ

الزهد لأحمد:٦٥١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أبِي حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ دَخَلَ عُمَرُ عَلَى ابْنِهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَإِذَا عِنْدَهُمْ لَحْمٌ فَقَالَ «مَا هَذَا اللَّحْمُ؟» فَقَالَ «اشْتَهَيْتُهُ» قَالَ «أَوَ كُلَّمَا اشْتَهَيْتَ شَيْئًا أَكَلْتَهُ؟ كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ سَرَفًا

أَنْ يَأْكُلَ كُلَّمَا اشْتَهَاهُ»
