"عَنْ يَحْيىَ البَكَّاء قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا قَالَ لابْن عُمَرَ: إِنِّى لاَ أُحبُّكَ (*) في اللهِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: إِنِّى أَبْغَضُكَ في الله، إِنَّكَ تَسْألُ عَنْ أَذَانِكَ أجْرًا".

[Machine] A man said to Ibn Umar, "Indeed, I love you for the sake of Allah." Ibn Umar replied, "But I hate you for the sake of Allah." The man asked why, and Ibn Umar said, "Because you pretend in your actions and claim rewards for them."
