"عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَعُوذُ بِكَ منْ شَرِّ الأَعْمَيَيْنِ، قيلَ: يَا أَبَا عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ: مَا الأَعْمَيَانِ؟ قَالَ: السَّيْلُ، وَالْبَعِيرُ الْمُفْتَلِمُ".

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the evil of the blind whose sight is blinded." It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, who are the blind whose sight is blinded?" He said, "The flooding water (torrential rain) and the mangy (diseased) camel."
