"عن ابنِ عباسٍ قالَ: جَاءَ قَوْمٌ إِلَى عَلِىٍّ فَاخْتَصَمُوا فِى وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ فَجَاءَ وَلَدُ ابْنِهِ يَطْلُبُونَ مِيرَاثَهُ فَجَعَلَ مِيرَاثَهُ لأُمِّهِ، وَجَعَلَهَا عَصَبَةً".
