"عَنْ عَلىٍّ قَالَ: خَيْرُ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ، ثُمَّ الله أَعْلَمُ بِخِيَارِكُمْ".  

[قط] الدارقطنى في السنن في الأفراد، والأصبهانى في الحجة

ahmad:932 – Sufyān b. ʿUyaynah > Abū Isḥāq > ʿAbd Khayr

The best of this ummah after its Prophet ﷺ are Abu Bakr and ʼUmar ؓ .
