"لا تُرْقِبُوا أَمْوَالكُمْ، فَمَنْ أرْقبَ شَيئًا فَهُوَ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهُ".
"Do not give away your property on the basis of Ruqba, for whoever gives a gift on that basis, it belongs to the one to whom he gave it."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تُرْقِبُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ فَمَنْ أَرْقَبَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهُ
ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ أَنْ يَرْقُبَ الْمَرْءُ دَارَهُ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not spy on each other's wealth, for whoever spies on something belongs to the one he spies on." And a form of spying is when a man says to another: 'As long as so-and-so is alive, I will not give it to him, but if he dies, it will go to so-and-so.'
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تُرْقِبُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ فَمَنْ أَرْقَبَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لِمَنْ أَرْقَبَهُ» وَالرُّقْبَى أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ هَذَا لِفُلَانٍ مَا عَاشَ فَإِذَا مَاتَ فُلَانٌ فَهُوَ لِفُلَانٍ
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said, "Do not covet other people's wealth, for whoever covets something belongs to the person they covet." And the coveter is the one who says to someone, "This belongs to So-and-So as long as they are alive, but if So-and-So dies, it belongs to another person."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تُرْقِبُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهُ» وَالرُّقْبَى أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ هَذَا لِفُلَانٍ مَا عَاشَ فَإِنْ مَاتَ فُلَانٌ فَهُوَ لِفُلَانٍ
