"لا أُعَافِي أَحَدًا قَتَل بَعْد أَخْذِه الدِّيةَ".  

[طب] الطبرانى في الكبير عن جابر بن سُمرة (سمويه) (*) عن سمرة بن جندب، [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن الحسن مرسلًا، [عب] عبد الرازق عن قتادة مرسلًا
