السيوطي:٢٣٤٧٤a –

"مَنْ وَلِيَ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ شَيئًا فَاحْتَجَبَ مِنْ ضَعَفةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَأُولِي الْحَاجَةِ احْتَجَبَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ".

Allah will distance Himself from those in authority who fail to assist ones in need

ahmad:22076 – Ḥusayn b. Muḥammad > Sharīk > Abū Ḥaṣīn > al-Wālibī Ṣadīq Limuʿādh b. Jabal > Muʿādh

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is in charge of any matter for the people and seeks to hide from those who are weak or are in need, Allah will distant Himself from him on the Day of Resurrection."  

أحمد:٢٢٠٧٦ – حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ عَنِ الْوَالِبِيِّ صَدِيقٌ لِمُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ وَلِيَ مِنْ أَمْرِ النَّاسِ شَيْئًا فَاحْتَجَبَ عَنْ أُولِي الضَّعَفَةِ وَالْحَاجَةِ احْتَجَبَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ۔»
