"كَتَبَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِىِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا".
“The blood money is for the near male relatives from the father's side and the wife does not inherit anything from the blood money of her husband,” until Ad-Dahhak bin Sufyan wrote to him, and told him that the Prophet ﷺ ruled that the wife of Ashyam bin Dibabi should inherit from the blood money of her husband.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَرَّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا
[Machine] "O Umar ibn Al-Khattab, the Prophet ﷺ wrote to Dhahhak ibn Qays, instructing him to give inheritance to the woman from the compensation of her husband."
لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضَّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا
زُرَارَةُ بْنُ جُزَيٍّ
[Machine] For Umar ibn al-Khattab: "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ wrote to Dahhak ibn Sufyan that he should inherit the woman Ashyam al-Dibabi's diya (blood money) from her husband."
لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ «إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ أَنْ يُورِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا»
“The blood money is for the near male relatives from the father's side and the wife does not inherit anything from the blood money of her husband,” until Ad-Dahhak bin Sufyan wrote to him, and told him that the Prophet ﷺ ruled that the wife of Ashyam bin Dibabi should inherit from the blood money of her husband. «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَرَّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمٍ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ wrote to him that he should give the woman, named Ashyam Al-Dibabi, her husband's blood money as inheritance. Umrah returned (after receiving the letter).
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا فَرَجَعَ عُمَرُ
[Machine] That Umar asked the people in Mina about the woman's share of her husband's intellect, the Dahhak ibn Sufyan al-Kilabi wrote to me, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , whether the woman should inherit from the blood money of her husband.
أَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ بِمِنًى فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ عَقْلِ زَوْجِهَا فَقَالَ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْكِلَابِيُّ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ wrote to Dahak ibn Sufyan, instructing him to give a woman from the tribe of Ad-Dibabiyya her rightful inheritance. Ibn Shihab said that Ashyam was accidentally killed.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَكَانَ أَشْيَمُ قُتِلَ خَطَأً
"عَن المُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، أن أسْعَدَ بْنَ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ لِعُمَرَ: إِنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ: أنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَاةَ أشْيَمَ الضِّبابِىِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا".
"عَنِ المُغِيَرةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِى ثَابِت بْنِ حَزَنٍ اوِ ابْنِ حَزْمٍ، أَنَ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأةَ أشْيَمَ الضبابِى مِنْ دِيَتِهِ".
