"مَنْ حَلف بِاللهِ لأَفْعَلنَّ -كَذَا- وَأَضْمَر: إِنْ شاءَ اللهُ- ثُمَّ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ الَّذِي حَلف عَليهِ لمْ يَحْنَثْ".  

ابن عساكر عن أَبي حنيفة عن نافع عن ابن عمر
