"مَنْ حَدَّثَ حَدِيثًا كَمَا سَمِعَ، فَإِنْ كَانَ بَرًّا وَصِدْقًا فَلَكَ وَلَهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ كَذِبًا فَعَلَى مَنْ بَدَأَ".

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whoever narrates a statement (hadith) as he hears, then if it is truthful and in accordance with good conduct, it is for him. And if it is a lie, then it is against the one who started it."
