"مَنْ بَنَى فِي رَبْعِ قَوْمٍ بِغَير إِذْنِهِمْ فَأَرَادُوا إِخْرَاجَهُ فَلَهُ نقْضُهُ، وَمَنْ بَنَى فِي رَبْعِ قَومٍ بِإِذنِهِمْ فَأَرادُوا إِخْرَاجَهُ فَلَهُ نَفَقَتُهُ".
