"مَنِ اشْتَرَى رقَبةً لِيعْتِقَها، فَلَا يشْتَرِطْ لأَهْلِها العِتْقَ فإِنَّهُ عُقْدةٌ مِن الرِّقِّ".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a slave with the intention of setting him free, he should not make it a condition for his family members to also free them, as his contract is only for freeing the slave."
