[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a slave with the intention of setting him free, he should not make it a condition for his family members to also free them, as his contract is only for freeing the slave."  

الطبراني:١٧٧٢١حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَيْثَمَةَ ثنا أَبُو هَمَّامٍ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ إِيَاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْعَنَزِيِّ عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اشْتَرَى رَقَبَةً لِيُعْتِقَهَا فَلَا يَشْتَرِطْ لِأَهْلِهَا الْعِتْقَ فَإِنَّهُ عَقْدُهُ مِنَ الرِّقِّ»
