"عَنْ سَعيدِ بْنِ المُسَيِّبِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: دِيَةُ أَهْلِ الكِتَابِ اليَهُودِىُّ وَالنَّصْرَانِىُّ أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَدِيَةُ الْمَجُوسِىِّ ثَمَانِمِائَةٍ".
