"عَن ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخطَّابِ لَيَسْتَشِيرُ فِى الأَمْرِ حَتَّى إِنه كَانَ لَيَسْتَشِيرُ المَرْأَةَ فَرُبَّمَا أَبْصَرَ فِى قَوْلِهَا الشَّئَ يَسْتَحْسِنُه فَيَأخُذُ بِهِ".
