[Machine] If Umar does not consult in a matter, even if he does not consult the woman, maybe he will see something in her opinion or something that he approves of, and he will take it.  

البيهقي:٢٠٣٣٢وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ التَّنُوخِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْكُوفِيُّ أنبأ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عنِ ابنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ

إِنْ كَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ لَيَسْتَشِيرُ فِي الْأَمْرِ حَتَّى إِنْ كَانَ لَيَسْتَشِيرُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَرُبَّمَا أَبْصَرَ فِي قَوْلِهَا أَوِ الشَّيْءَ يَسْتَحْسِنُهُ فَيَأْخُذُ بِهِ
