"عَنْ عمر قال: لا يحلُّ خلٌّ من خمرٍ أُفْسِدت حتى يكونَ اللهُ هو الذى أفسدَها، فعند ذلك يطيبُ الخَلُّ، ولا بأس على امرئٍ يبتاع خلا وُجِدَ مع أهلِ الكتاب ما لم يعلم أنهم تعمدوا إفسادها بعدما كانت خَمْرا".
