BAYHAQI 11201:
from ʿUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb Utī Bi-al-Ṭṭalā Wahū Bi-al-Jābiyah Wahū Yawmaʾidh Yuṭbakh Wahū Kaʿaqīd al-Rub —
[Machine] Indeed, in this is a drink that has been refined. Therefore, do not drink spoiled vinegar that has become wine until God reveals its corruption. At that point, the vinegar becomes pleasant. There is no harm for someone to buy vinegar from the People of the Book without knowing that they intentionally spoiled it after it had returned to being wine. When he says "spoiled," it means it was treated.
البيهقي ١١٢٠١:
عن عمر بن الخطاب اتي ب-الطلا وهو ب-الجابيه وهو يومءذ يطبخ وهو كعقيد الرب —
إِنَّ فِي هَذَا لَشَرَابًا مَا انْتَهَى إِلَيْهِ فَلَا يُشْرَبُ خَلُّ خَمْرٍ أُفْسِدَتْ حَتَّى يُبْدِيَ اللهُ فَسَادَهَا فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ يَطِيبُ الْخَلُّ وَلَا بَأْسَ عَلَى امْرِئٍ أَنْ يَبْتَاعَ خَلًّا وَجَدَهُ مَعَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ أَنَّهُمْ تَعَمَّدُوا إِفْسَادَهَا بَعْدَمَا عَادَتْ خَمْرًا قَوْلُهُ أُفْسِدَتْ يَعْنِي عُولِجَتْ
