السيوطي:١-٢٧٢b –

"عَنِ الزُّهْرى قَالَ: لَمْ يَبْلُغْنَا أَنَّ أَحَدًا مِنْ وُلَاةِ هَذِه الأُمَّةِ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا بالمَدِينَةِ أَبِى بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمانَ أَنَّهُمْ كَانوا يُثَنُّونَ الصَّدَقَة، لَكِنْ يَبْعَثُونَ عَلَيْهَا كُلَّ عَامٍ فِى الْخِصْبِ والْجَدْبِ؛ لأَنَّ أَخْذَهَا سُنَّةٌ مِنْ رسُول الله ﷺ ".

السيوطي:١-٣٣٨b –

"عَنِ ابن شهاب: "أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وعُمَرَ لَمْ يَكُونَا يَأَخُذَانِ الصَّدَقَةَ مُثَنَّاةً وَلَكِنْ يبْعَثَانِ عَلَيْهَا فِى الْجَدْبِ وَالْخِصْبِ، وَالسِّمَنِ وَالْعَجَفِ لأَنَّ أَخْذَهَا فِى كُلِّ عَامٍ مِنْ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ سُنَّةٌ".  

الشافعى، [ق] البيهقى في السنن قال: ورواه الشافعى في القديم، وزاد فيه: ولا يُضَمِّنُونَها أَهْلَهَا، وَلَا يُؤَخِّرونَ أَخْذَهَا عنْ كُلِّ عامٍ
