الحاكم:٥٩٧٠حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الثَّقَفِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو يُونُسَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ قَالَ

«عُقْبَةُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيُّ يُكَنَّى أَبَا عَمْرٍو تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَخَمْسِينَ»
