الحاكم:٣٨١٨ – أَخْبَرَنِي الْأُسْتَاذُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ {إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ} [النساء 19] قَالَ

«خُرُوجُهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهَا فَاحِشَةٌ مُبَيِّنَةٌ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ
