الدارمي:٣١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ

عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ «إِذَا رَأَيْتَ قَوْمًا يُنْتِجُونَ بِأَمْرٍ دُونَ عَامَّتِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَلَى تَأْسِيسِ الضَّلَالَةِ»

[Machine] Umar ibn Abdul Aziz said, "If you see people whispering about their religion without involving the general public, know that they are establishing misguidance."  

الزهد لأحمد:١٦٧٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنِي الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ

قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ «إِذَا رَأَيْتَ الْقَوْمَ يَتَنَاجَوْنَ فِي دِينِهِمْ دُونَ الْعَامَّةِ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُمْ عَلَى تَأْسِيسِ ضَلَالَةٍ»
