[Machine] Umar ibn Abdul Aziz said, "No people have deviated in their religion except that they have separated from their community."  

الزهد لأحمد:١٦٨٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا بَيَانٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِيسَى بْنَ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ

قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ «مَا انْتَجَى قَوْمٌ فِي دِينِهِمْ دُونَ جَمَاعَتِهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَلَى تَأْسِيسِ ضَلَالَةٍ»

عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ «إِذَا رَأَيْتَ قَوْمًا يُنْتِجُونَ بِأَمْرٍ دُونَ عَامَّتِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَلَى تَأْسِيسِ الضَّلَالَةِ»  

ahmad-zuhd:1676 – ʿAbdullāh > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr > Ibn al-Mubārak > al-Awzāʿī
