4. Book of Fasting
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to kiss while he was fasting." Urwah said, "Indeed, it does not call to anything good."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to kiss when he was fasting. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1685)
[Machine] "I had a dry throat, so I kissed while fasting. Then I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, 'I have done something great today; I kissed while fasting.' He asked, 'What if you had rinsed your mouth with water?' I replied, 'Then it would not have been harmful.' He said, 'Then do so.'"
